De meeste dieren zijn te bezichtigen in de winkel zelf en worden eventueel met terrarium verkocht. Een aantal zitten achter de schermen of in de kwekerij. Alle dieren gaan eerst in de medische ruimte in quarantaine bij binnenkomst en worden gecontroleerd op parasieten. En indien nodig behandeld.
